Last Day in Amsterdam....

Hello All,
Sorry for not getting pics last night.  The internet went down yesterday shortly after we updated the blog and was down through this morning.  Today, the boys woke to another sunny day in Amsterdam.  They packed up their rooms as we prepared to head to out next location of Valkenswaard.   Both boys and girls teams enjoyed the morning taking a Canal Tour through the many canals in Amsterdam.  After the tour the boys decided they wanted to find some green grass to play some soccer while the girls headed back into the City to shop.  Todd brought the boys to a fantastic park, directly outside of the Van Gogh Museum where the boys quicky took off their socks and shoes, set up goal and played soccer. It became the "skins vs shirts game"..wow do these boys need to get some sun. We reconnected with the girls team and back to the hostel for lunch before heading to Rotterdam to see Feyenoord take on Willem II in a soccer match.  Feyenoord proved to be dominate as they won 6-1.  All 6 goals were incredible.  The boys really enjoyed the constant chanting and song.  Occasionally, they jumped up out of the seats to participate as well.  After the game we made our way to our next Hostel for the next 3 days.  Thye girls dropped us off and the boys are now in a team meeting with Todd in preparation for tomorrow's first training session with Leo, KNVB trainer.  He will be training the boys for the rest of their time here in Holland.  All boys are doing well and have adjusted to the timezone.  They are "biting at the bit" to get their training and games started tomorrow.  We will be updating pictures shortly.
